From our industry-leading range of water solutions that promote human health, conserve resources and help keep people safe, to our investments in the health, safety and success of our associates, we’re committed to continuous improvement in all aspects of our business.
In 2021, we completed the spinoff of our Process & Motion Control business - becoming a pure-play water management company. This change strengthens our ability to grow as both a water business and a sustainability leader, and we’ve developed new goals and processes to guide us.

Environment
Promoting environmental stewardship through sustainable water solutions, helping other sectors reduce water use and seeking to minimize our own environmental footprint.
Target: 50% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 GHG intensity from 2021 to 2030.
Target: 15% reduction in energy consumed per U.S. dollar of operating revenue from 2021 to 2024.

Target: Strive to 0 total recordable injury rate (TRIR) at all facilities (2022 and annually).

Target: 80% response rate to our Total Associate Engagement Survey by 2023, up from 73% in 2021
Community
Supporting the communities where we live, work and play throughout philanthropic giving and volunteerism.
Target: $5 million in charitable contributions between 2021 and 2024.
